Week Three: Self-Acceptance
Being yourself starts with accepting the full package of who you are are and the circumstances you are in.

Week Four: Self-Forgiveness
Explore full forgiveness towards everyone who has done you wrong, which starts with forgiving yourself. This is the pathway to inner peace and joy.

Week Five: Self-Expression
Own who you are, with compassion and true acceptance, as someone who can do deep listening and mirroring.
