Week One: Self-Care
Set up a foundation for yourself so that self-care becomes second nature to you instead of something you feel guilty about.
Week Two: Self-Compassion
Love yourself as someone with both shadow and light. Love yourself as the woman and mother who you’ve always wanted to be. Self-care without compassion doesn’t work.
Week Three: Self-Acceptance
Being yourself starts with accepting the full package of who you are are and the circumstances you are in.
Week Four: Self-Forgiveness
Explore full forgiveness towards everyone who has done you wrong, which starts with forgiving yourself. This is the pathway to inner peace and joy.
Week Five: Self-Expression
Own who you are, with compassion and true acceptance, as someone who can do deep listening and mirroring.
